Return and Exchange Policy

Manufacturing Defect or Damage

At Treasure Kids, product quality is a top priority. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we commit to exchanging it at no cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product

  • The product must not have been misused

  • Proof of the defect (e.g., a photo) may be required

The exchange will be for the same product.


If the product is out of stock, you have two options:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value, chosen by the customer

  • Full refund

Refunds are only offered if an exchange is not possible. In all other cases, refunds are not accepted.

Return Shipping Costs


If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For any other reason (e.g., change of mind), we do not accept returns or offer refunds, as all sales are final.

How to Request an Exchange


Please email us at contact@treasurekidsshop.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • One or more clear photos of the affected product

We will process your request as quickly as possible.
